AARON ROSS BIO:

Aaron started buying records back in 1993 and immediately began bedroom
DJing for hours on end, landing him a spot on local pirate radio
station, Scandal FM. By the age of 15 he was playing at the radio
station's local events and club-nights, which he also helped promote.

After eventually helping manage much of the station, Aaron moved on to
join a new collective of MCs and DJs called Young Guns - a talented
crew specialising in the then booming Jungle scene, but also covering
House & Garage, Hip Hop and RnB.

During this time Aaron had temporary work placements at various record
labels including V Recordings, Island Records, BMG and most notably
Virgin. He also found himself heading up the London pirate station
Fresh FM as well as various studio and record label projects as part of
NW10 Music. In 1997, Aaron was offered a permanent position at Virgin
Record's club promotions department.

Throughout this time, his ears were really getting into the Soulful
House grooves, a style he began playing on Fresh FM before taking his
Soulful House show on to South London pirate - Flex FM.

He then became resident DJ at a weekly club-night called Missdemeanours
- a spot that saw him spinning alongside the likes of Erick Morillo &
David Morales.

Since then Aaron's tireless commitment to the scene has seen him
looking after Virgin's club promotions as well being one of their A&R
managers. He has also played a pivotal role in heading up the
promotions for the legendary House music producer Todd Terry within his
labels Sound Design and In-House Records.

In 2000 Phil Asher officially made Aaron a member of his long running,
well respected DJ / production crew, restless soul.

In August 2002, the BBC launched 1xtra, their first digital black music
radio station. Aaron was chosen to host the soulful house show every
Friday night. The show has become a regular feature for house music
fans worldwide.

In early 2003, Aaron joined forces with his good friend, Drum & Bass
producer DJ Fresh of Bad Company, to become partners in Osiris Music &
Pure Genius Publishing.

Now Osiris Music is set to release their 6th record, and Aaron's
production collaborations are going from strength to strength. Rain
People are in the studio working on a track with Ron Carrol, Graceland
are justabout to release a single with Billie & Fanatix have remixed
Terri Walker, Blaze, Ultra Nate & The Sunburst Band amongst others and
have a forthcoming single on Osiris featuring Kele Le Roc.
