[Dynagroove] Gravy NYE review and pics

Hey everyone, just wanted to thank everyone who helped out, came out, etc on New Year's. Here is kinda how the day/night went for me and the crew :) 

12:00pm Arrive at our venue Saturday afternoon, only to find the complete back area (smoking/outside) area is a 12" mote/swimming pool. 

12:30pm We devise makeshift boot waders out of black garbage bags and duct tape. 

1:00pm We wade through a foot of water, so we can muscle the port-o-potties too the front loading dock area of our location. 

6:00pm - Find out that Giant Village is cancelled "YES", I mean... that sucks for the people who got sold on super mega flyers w/ anime sluts and a super awesome line-up that including the Black Eyed Peas.... (The dance music equivalent of chia-head)

6:20pm - Go and buy much more booze and supplies.

7:30pm - Sound check (shit was slammin, Gravy sound in effect.) 

8:00pm - People start buying tickets to insure there entrance! (now thats early!). It was obvious who was coming from Giant party (really bad collared shirts and females dressed up really slutty with bad posture). 

10:00pm - Go to pick up Heather

10:30pm - We run out of Grey Goose and Patrone! Go get more.

11:40pm - We arrive at the venue with Heather. There was limos and mad Taxi's along with about 75 people in line out in front of our lil warehouse! wtf. 

11:59pm - Heather gets behind the tables just in time for Big Cee to do the countdown proper, using Jorge Medina's headphones as a ghetto mic. 

12:00am - Heather drops her first record and the place explodes, we all looked like Widely Coyote after a dose of TNT. 

3:00am Heather is still moving our body and brain via bad ass bass lines and mind numbing leads. She drops nasty bombs including a wicked remix of "the whisper song" 

3:30am I attempted to follow up Heather's insane set. (not easy)

4:00am we run out of all beer and cups... 

I do not remember much after this point except for pushing the gross port-o-potties outside and sleep-driving the big ass Budget truck home. (sleep-driving is when you rest your eyes until you hear those rip-strips along the side of a freeway to help keep sleeping motorist awake)
