Well put Messy Luv, and thanks for the kind words Zoki. Personally I have dismissed  any dj's who cost over $3000, since they simply are not cost effective. The type of events we do are only about 1 thing..partying (I hate the word vibe, it reminds me of a shitty American compact car).
   
  There is tons of new talent and sounds coming out (thanks to all the new recruits and technology dance music has gained over the last year.) I think it's time to up the bar of what a good party/event is, and worry less about why Derrick Carter doesn't like LA. If the crust of our music can't afford certain talent, they will eventually fade unless they adapt. And since no one is making $25k-50k off of house music events anymore, I only see one thing happening... event promoters moving on, and old Dj's living off there names until they retire. This isn't sad, it's actually quite exciting, considering all the new music out. It's up to us to produce or find something fresh.
