wow, I wasn't even the one in this conflict in the beginning...lol. I was just giving my two cents. There was also a lot said by a certain someone that wasn't said on this list, which is why I stuck up for the people who were getting shit talked. Anyhow, lots of good points. No, I agree, everyone's opinion is there own...I just don't condone being mean for no reason, so I was merely calling him out for that. Plus, it's one thing to tell a dj you didn't like one of their sets and another to tell every other person that they suck and can't beat match to save their life. ...or to talk about stereotypes on dynagroove and then call someone gay. That's just lame. I was just trying to let him know that if he's going to talk shit on everyone behind their back and then talk more shit on the list, then it's going to come right back - ten fold.

I love our little community we have. I hate when djs come up to me and started talking crap about other djs...and believe me, the things that were said to me were not the things that were posted. I don't like when someone tells a dj that they can throw it down, but then walks up to another person and says somehting like, "man, so and so sucks ass...all they do is train wreck." For goodness sake, if you feel that way, tell that dj, because if you really think that then maybe some constructive criticism will help that dj to better himself, instead of talking behind their back which will only cause problems in the long run.

LA is our home...and this scene is our family...let's act like it and respect eachother enough to stop being caddy...life is too short. And I do agree with Alex & Theory...we all should keep it real. We just should make sure we're doing it in the right way (being honest with each other instead of talking about things behind anyone's back and causing unnecessary drama on a message board that is supposed to be used for event related things, music, etc.

Enough said. Now, what's going on tonight? Let's party! :)

geez.. thanks guys for reminding me of one of the reasons why I left LA.

1st of all.. shit on an email can be taken out of context. I've
learned this lesson years ago when I was kid. I used to fight and
battle with a few people on the dyna board (and believe me missv it
was a lot worse than this!), But then I would meet the person I was
arguing with in real life and usually became good friends with them.
now till this day we laugh our asses off about "good ole days", cuz it
was fun sometimes stirring up discussion and learning peoples
different opinions. everyone wants their views to be heard and
appreciated by someone.

by all means peeps speak your opinion on the board I know that cade
even gets tired sometimes of just seeing promotion promotion
promotion. ok folks we get it, everyone and their mom wants to be a dj
and throw their own parties. there is a new party every night of the
week and 90% of them suck, and 99% of the people are afraid to tell
the promoters the truth of how they feel cuz they would rather try to
get themselves booked so that they can get their name out more and
post their name at the top of the dj list on the "dynagroove" board.
that makes people feel real special about themselves. (wink)

2nd. am I wrong or was alex just joking around at first? I don't
think he means any harm, he is a friend of mine as well as toddley &
missv (I think). whether you people know it or not, I miss A LOT of
you folks to pieces. I don't even care anymore if you miss me or not,
cuz I've had some great times with yall in LA and that is what it
should be all about.

however, It's actually hard to know who your real friends are in the
city of LA because there is so much shit talking going on. I'm sure
there are people out there mad at me for reasons beyond my control and
probably for reasons that I don't even know of. But i'm not hatin on
anyone and that's my new attitude in the game. take it or leave it.

all the shit talking is becoming sickening and you people need to
realize that it's really fucking shit up out there!

and to missv, your not the promoter & dj authority. your very
respected and a very hard working promoter, no one deny's that, but
again that is just in one circle of many that make up "the scene"
entirely. you have to let people speak thier minds and express their
opinions. If someone doesn't like the way a dj sounds or thieir not
happy with the outcome of a party by all means they should be allowed
to express it. you have to take the positive with the negative and
find a balance. but give more people a chance naw mean??

some dj's know how to politic and keep their opinions to theirself
which is why they may be liked and booked more often, but are they
really being booked for the right reasons? attitude does mean
everything, but SO DOES TALENT PEOPLE! it seems the LA mentality of a
real attitude is mad twisted right now, and i'm not afriad to say it.
I think people are mistaking all the ass kissing that is going on for
a good attitude, but I think the person that is honest and upfront
with their shit in a positive manner should be the one respected over
the ass kissers. Because anyone who is unsure of their real talent as
whatever it may be (dj, promoter, producer) is going to result in ass
kissing and politics to get ahead.. I can see thru bullshit easier
these days cuz i've had so much of it thrown my way, but can yall??

you guys are sounding like damn house nazi's.. maybe alex is a little
tired of the same dj's and the same bullshit as was I and I have
expressed my opinion at some points. but I will never say something
behind someones back that can't be said to their face. yet too many of
you people are afraid to confront each other and work your issues out
with one another, instead you would rather tear each other down. I
think it is noble of alex at the end of his post to invite people to
discuss these issues to his face, and that is what should be done.

I really hope yall work it out. I'm just stepping in cuz I personally
know everyone in the mix here and this is something I've been needing
to get off my back for awhile now, and I truly hope that no one takes
it the wrong way, which i'm sure someone will, but ohhhhhhh well!
=)

ps - mad props to some of the hard working and talented folks in the
scene like - Missv, toddley, alex d and the list can go on and on and
on....

give each other another chance will ya?

also, to Alex D (your new tracks are fuckin dope as hell and anyone
who doesn't realize and respect that doesn't deserve to be blessed
with your shit). also props out to big head bobby bounce, my number 1
hater, love ya brotha! Tyler Matson not sure you realize this but
I've been slamming the hell out of your new tracks and everyone in the
desert and surrounding cities are diggin! big ups to hippy ass Rylan
also, FIX YOUR BUS and send me those damn parts already! ok i've got
many more shouts but I gotta go..

keep it real yall!
