NO WAY! The cops showed up only for a marine and LEFT?? didn't question a wherehouse full of loud music and people partying, and pull the building safety issue card? Now that is a crazy story. Moral of the story: never mind the fake cops, all you need is a marine in the mix and everything is at peace.

Dyngroove was off the hizzlah for shizlah!! hezbollah!! No really, right when we first walked in I knew something crazy was gonna happen. and it did. Justin Long got on a pulled mad satanic moves on the decks. I was impressed. The sound was a little echoey, so i had a hard time hearing. But what I could gather was that he was rocking out.Never heard anything like it. A breath of fresh air actually. Great timing for Justin Long. Woo hoo! To me one of the rare many djs that can spin and produce top notch.
So I officially welcome Justin Long with open arms.! Chicago madness up the yin yang y'all. The only bad part of the night was when i got too drunk to dance or rather Darren handed me a alcoholic beverage after I had been drinking beer the entire night. So yeah that totally messed with my peripherals. oh and not sticking around for the rest of the night other than that GREAT TIMES, FUN STUFF yo!Big hugs to Justin Long, Cade and crew, for providing a great night of music fun and puking.!!! woo hoo let's hear it for the boy's....

ps-TV's were the highlight of the night i think. LOVED the t arrangement. Surprisingly not too bright. Great visuals on the screen. Uber coolness, no? Felt like a concert or something. Best center stage decoration yet.

pss-cops busting the partied scared the crap out of me. I was pretty sure I was going to be arrested. They're were like 6 cop cars parked (all crazy) sourounding the parking lot entrance. Surprised there weren't guns drawn out with a speakerphone voicing please exit the building with your hands behind your neck!hahah.

First things first all you camera whores out there should know that the
pics from Dynagroove are up. So get your shit talking minds in gear and
go make some comments!! The more comments the better. Lol if you forgot
where they are they are @ www.dynagroove.com

After a 10 month hiatus I think Dynagroove came back strong. I was
worried with the rain and the new lineup that people may be dissuaded.
Bat alas by 11:30 we had a great crowd and by 1 we had the venue more
packed then it has ever been. It was a delight to have everyone there
smiling and dancing AND PUKING. Lol I have never seen so many people
puking at one of my parties before. Big props to Dee for slipping on puke
eating shit w/o dropping the 3 cokes in her hand! I saw 5 people puke at
Dynagroove. Which is easily a record. I think the best puke job was when
I walked out side and I saw a kid puking his guts out. He stood up
straight looked me in the eye, wipe his mouth clean with his sleeve, then
look me in the eye and point at me and go .CADE! You are the man!. and
stumble back into the venue. I later saw him grooving on the dance floor
with a beer in his hand!! Now that is hardcore!

The line-up went as fallows. Me, ECBM, then Justin Long. I played for
about an hour and started very mellow and got bored so I brought it up
pretty quick. Can.t say much for my set since I played a quick hour then
it was off to run a party lol. ECBM came on next and they switched out
for the next 3 hours. Playing a variety of old school stuff that we have
kind of forgotten about and would stop and think.. .Wait am minute.. I
know this track.. sheyat I have not heard it in a while!. and then
proceed to boogie down. They also played some of the new
Bump-chipty-chunk! Where we get to kick back and go .WTF is this and why
don.t I have it?. lol ECBM played great and I must say they looked like
they were having a blast. Thanks to Juan and Ken for tearing the decks
and cd decks up! Lol

Justin long. I have a question for all yous people. Is it more fun to
dance to the music he plays or is it more fun to just watch him play? I
asked him the next day if he has ever hurt his back DJing. To me it looks
like he could easily dislocate a disk or something. I honestly believe
that Justin Long is the future of house. His tracks are freaking amazing
and his DJing is nonstop mixing. The guy does not stop mixing. He rides
mixes for like 3 minutes at a time and makes it sound good! His track
selection is impeccable and he can get techie for the tech heads and
bouncie for the funksters. On Saturday he showed his skill!!!

I also brought in the TVs as a visual. I was wondering what you guys
thought of that. I mean I love it dark and dirty and these TVs were not
too bright. What did you guys think?

Now. Lets talk about the police. This is a bit humorous actually.
Around 2 AM I was called outside where I met a guy named Dillon. Dillon
explained to me that he was in the military (Marines) and he had come up
to the party from San Diego with two other friends. One of his friends
left at 11:30 to go get some smokes from down the street and never
returned. So Dillon was a bit worried about him. He claimed that this
was a bad neighborhood and something must have happened. He did not want
to leave w/o his friend but had to go. I was like .Look man your boy is
probably inside somewhere and you can.t find him, or he found something
more entertaining to do.. We talked about him maybe being lost but he was
like .Are you kidding me he is a marine.. Finally I told him. If your
friend shows up I will stick him on a train in the AM and I would take
care of it. He seemed reluctant with that but none the less left, or so I
thought. At 4:30 the cops came in waving flashlights. The walked up to
Justin and asked him to turn off the music and if he had a microphone.
He said no. They informed me that they were looking for a missing person
and just wanted to look around. In walked Dylan and one of his marine
friends. Everyone started leaving. I tried to tell people that they
could stay and the cops just wanted to look around for this guy. But
people were hauling butt out of there. There was no stopping them. The
cops poked around for about 15 minutes and then questioned me and the
venue owner. They were very polite and nice and asked me why everyone
left. I just smiled and said .I will give your 3 guesses.. He laughed and
said he was sorry but hoped it was a good party. Everyone had left. So I
packed up and left. 15 minutes later I got a call that the lost marine
was found 2 blocks away passed out on the sidewalk. Go figure.

And that concludes a very memorable night. The moral of the story is book
Justin Long and keep your eyes on the marines.

Thank you all so much for the luv
Cade
