I don't know if I can even go into how spectacular the Daft Punk concert
was, but I'll try....

I had been extra excited since Friday the 13th when a friend shared a
secret with me about the show.  She told me about glowing orange suits. 
This is why I was urging everyone to be daft and wear orange!

I knew from the beginning that this was going to be an amazing night just
from hearing about all the friends that were going to be there.  There
were so many people I love and admire under one roof that it had to be a
great time!  It was cool that the spot lights around the Sports Arena were
all making a pyramid of light in the sky above the place.  Pyramids are in
this season, travel to your nearest one today!

Inside, there was a such a great mix of people.  This was one of the best
things about the show, seeing how an electronic act like Daft Punk could
draw so many different partiers under one pyramid.  The place was packed
and everyone was ready to dance and party no matter what scene they were
from....ravers, housers, and fags alike!

The music was the shit.  It was really like a Daft Punk megamix.  I
started trancing a couple times, but they would bring it back with a deep
beat so that I could get my bearings again.  The set went by too quickly
and left me wanting more, which is probably a good thing.  My only
complaint is that I wanted to see how they were making the music.  Did
anyone else see Bjork at coachella 07?  The thing that the guy who was
makign the beats was using was frickin amazing, with the checkers that he
was scooting closer together?  I want to know what this thing is because
it looked rad.  I wonder if they were using the same interface?  Does
anyone else know what I'm talking about?

At the end of the show my buddy was like, "Wait a minute, did we just get
duped?  Did we just pay 50 dollars for them to  just play a tape and throw
on some glowing robot costumes and dance around the stage?"

It really wouldn't have mattered to me because I had a fucking great time.
 Daft Punk is like the raver Rolling Stones!  I can't wait to be sucked
into a robot spaceship again......Lollapalooza?
