[Dynagroove] Great Weekend and a thanks from Kinesic

Yeah definetly some more of the melloow vibe. I am so not used to seeing that place not fricken insane. very interesting. Normally it feels like everybody around you just pounded 5 redbulls and 4 beers. haha Just nice to have so much space and the bartenders were really generous with their drinks. Very nice! patio was just kick'n!! and what's weird is that I  ran into a friend from college whom i haven't seen forever. i hadn't seen her since the 360 with the 2step djs remember that place?? I had a blast!! thanks can't wait for the next "kinesic" (does anybody know how to prounounce this)hopefully there will be more redbull/monster madness...yeah?? cmon everyone let's dance like moonkeys on crack!!

I opened at kinesic and had fun playing the mellow stuff untill some 
people came in and then I got to pick it up. Gotta love the disko sound

Then James curd got up and showed me how I suck! lol. James is so much 
fun to watch play because he goes crazy behind the decks and just has so 
much fun.

Then there is Diz who holds it down like no other. I swear he is still my 
favorite DJ. He tore it up and switch on and off with James the rest of 
the night.

We brought in some more sound and it filled the room a hell of a lot 
better then it do for the ECBM. There was actually some mids. woo hoo.. 
The crowd was great and dancing like crazy and we got to go till about 
2:20.

James curd had to catch a plane at 5:00 Am and he did not want to sleep so 
we decided it was time to do an afterhours. So off to the afterhours. 
Not many people showed up. But Neil G and Diz held it down. Diz played 
to a crowd of about 13 people and it was off the hook!

Ya'll slept on that one lol..


Saturday Diz and I ran off the the LA Erotic convention and then rushed 
over to $5 funk. Which was in a GREAT spot downtown. Those guys always 
hold it down and I thought they had a great crowd and a great vibe.

I then ran up to king king and danced a lil to the west coast collect and 
said hello to sue. Of course king king had a good crowd and the sound was 
great. At 2:30 Diz and I decided it back to $5 funk. When we arrived we 
were surprised to see that more people had shown up and the vibe had 
picked up a little more.


Well it was a great weekend and hoipe that this is what it is going to be 
like all summer. I hope you guys are excited as I am about Undercover 
Agency and Brett Johnson on the upcomming Kinesic!

For those of you who have not been to kinesic yet I am telling you that 
your missing a good thing... The vibe is great and the patio is insane...

So what are you waiting for?
