[Dynagroove] available venue Halloween weekend

Anyone looking for a venue Halloween weekend?  A venue that I used once (and has NEVER ever been used by any other promoter) is available that weekend.  The owner just let me know, but I'm not doing anything that weekend.  It's one room (large room), with foyer, small room for bar area, huge patio...very nice and inexpensive (I will charge you a small finders fee though, but not much).  Also, I will only give this venue and contact to a promoter I trust with it (since the owner is trusting my recommendation)...so hit me up and we'll talk.
