[Dynagroove] House Related, but not house music related

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the non-music/event post, but we're desperately looking for
a housemate.  We live in an older 3+2 '40s style house, with BBQ-able
backyard, w/d in laundry room, sadly no dishwasher.  It's me (legal
admin by day), my bf (post-audio) and our 8.5 mo old mastiff mix puppy
named Disco (puppystuffs).  We only want one housemate for the 2nd
room and the 3rd room is a shared den (but if you need the extra
space, we can work it out).  Rent is 925-1000 (depending on use of
that 3rd room).  You also get your own bathroom (not in room).  Plenty
of street parking on residental street 1.5 blocks to buslines, trader
joe's albertson's, drive-thru coffee bean.

Move-in date is somewhat flexible, but no later than 9/1.

We are both musically inclined (i play breaks, he plays house, disco
plays fetch), easy going, don't party much anymore during the week but
do like to get our boogie on when the weekend comes.  We are not a
sickeningly cute couple and we don't get into yelling matches and are
not dramatic.
