[Dynagroove] Thank You from your Operation H*A*W*T Squadron!

I'm with ben on this one. wobs and nonfiction destroyed it. I walked in
right as their first record went down, and I didn't stop moving for the
entire set. I thought the two of them complimented each other very well
Friday night. Wobs kept it groovin, nice and chunky. Funky monkey. (that
miles track was SICK). Nonfiction got my neck crackin with his
housey-tech-fidgit-goodness. What was the one about "walking with my nikes
on ?" the set was rope-a-DOPE.

I gotta say, I was a bummed I missed vinyl trooper's set. I've heard the man
play before at a distant beat party, and was excited the hawt crew had
brought him in. a little bit of hip hop to set the night off eh? A little
more added flavor to a hawt night ?   How'd that work out? Sad I missed it.

Still stoked to be there nonetheless. The littlemen delivered a "wicked"
set. Those guys are walking parties and it shows in their dj-ing. They set
the crowd OFF. People were hooting and hollering, moving and shaking, wall
to wall. Sweating to oldies and new ones.

I liked that everyone got all decked out in their fatigues. Mikey with the
camo face paint... Hahaha . everyone was in great spirits. Good times all
around.

Except- I did get lost leaving the venue. I couldn't find the fwy on ramp
and was really turned around. So, via side streets- I ended up south of the
105 in compton. I live near culver city and was only looking for the 10. It
took me nearly two hours to get home. On the hawt-line can I please get
directions back home ? ;)
