Chris has definitely played in the Southern Cali desert a number of
times. Don't know about LA proper.

Interestingly, he also did the keyboards on our [IJR's] first release
back in 2000, a good couple of years before he started djing (he has a
background in jazz keys, and went to college with me in Claremont).
