there's a couple things to keep in mind for this lovely park 
excursion on
Saturday. Please make an effort to be on your best 
behavior.  This is our
first time at this park and they've been cool but 
we just don't want to get
off on the wrong foot.  We really want to make 
sure we can come back.  Soooo
be cool. Have fun . 

1.  Carpool

2.  Carpool (the park is generally pretty
busy anyway)

3.  No Liquor (our permit is for Beer and Wine only)  We will
get shut 
down if you guys aren't very careful.

4.  Leash all you pets (We
mean it.)  (yes dogs are allowed on a leash)

5.  Get there early for parking
sake

6.  Marty is gonna perform (let me say this it's... um... well , it's:
performance artesque with a house music casio feel meets an armenian 
from the
heart for the first time hairy chest. ) 2:30

7.  ***Vinyl Giveaway*** plus
Special Guest***
Benefits.... restrooms are closer.  we'll have tables too for
your 
picnicking.  not as long a walk to the dancing area.  earlier in the
year soo it won't be too hot you can't dance.  plus there's shade even 
if it
gets too hot. 

8.  Many styles will be represented.  Minimal, Marty, West
Coast, Disco, 
Tech, Jackin, Deep.  OK?  get on the bus embrace it yo!  One
Love One House.

We have done this party or a variation of it for
about 8 years and let me
just say we are very excited to move to Griffith Park
Crystal Springs and
we hope that this a positive effect on attendance and
dancing.  We're sure
it will.  But we need your help to get the word out....
my friend nidia
reminded me about the importance global warming and such and
we came to
the conclusion that it will only help not to print actual flyers. 
It'll
also cut back on costs since this party could cost double our usual
$900. (by the way we usually recover not even a third of that in 
donations).
That's why we asking for it this time.  But again it's not 
mandatory... we
know what it's like to be broke.
