That pretty much sums it up and was spot on.  It's like getting a shot at a
doctor's office and complaining that it hurts...  The medicine/music is good
for you but you may not like the delivery.  It is what it is.

Follow the music and take the party with you, forget who's around you, focus
on your group - you just might have some fun....
