(EDC 2008) now i still had a great time and even posted the great time i had
on dynagroove, when i went to EDC i had some things that made me a slightly
unsatisfied VIP customer, i simple sent an email to insomniac events about the
things i was unsatisfied with (in a nice non pissy head, gentlemen way), the
opening statment to the email was "im not the type to be a nag but..." and
they were cool they made their money anyways and hooked me up on the guest
list for nocturnal.  goodluck getting any customer satisfaction pissying
people off,  MASSIVES are selling a service and their goal is to satisfy their
customers, so instead of talking negative on a list full of postive people,
talk buisness with the buisness man.....
