Why are house people so elitist?!  I may have read the Theo stab incorrectly, and if so I apologize.  But, people like Theo have been keeping dance music in LA alive for decades and that needs to be appreciated not rofled at.  He is someone that has seen trends come and go and has remained true to the music he shares with people.  

This sort of reminds me of the You and I that the candy ravers showed up at.  The house people pointed laughed and scoffed at them so wickedly that they ended up leaving the party.  It's good that the gays have thick skin or we would have stopped partying LONG ago.  No one likes to dance with an asshole stinking up the room.

It's not all about house.  It's not all about underground.  It's about being able to get together and spread the love.

Now off to the former ORION where a night called "shits and giggles" has pretty much the best music (house disco fidget) available on a Friday night in LA.

a few weeks ago or so, i stopped by the hangar after a intimate night dancing
at mi casa in olvera street and there was actually some good dance music going
on at an all ages rave, i looked around and the dancers reminded me of my
friends at their age; casual , into it! , i'm so high , kind la kids .. i was
into it  .. dancing away amongst the candy and glitter .. towards the end a
young man came up to me to ask if i was rolling .. i said no , surprised, he
then asked why i was there .. i answered... to dance silly.

the dj that kept us movin was theo ... his set was memorable and created a
loving spacey vibe .. we almost got an encore too! yay*

don't make fun of me :P
