Splat,

I'm with you on this, the lyrics are good and have a good meaning. Nothing
wrong with it really it's just Progressive but honestly pretty mellow and
not that bad. It's not epic, Epic, EPIC with massive breakdowns and all -
that, even for me, gets old after a while. Good song for a ride home.

Nothing wrong with liking what you like as long as you're having fun.

The night FLEW by for me, but I had a good time. It was a lot of new
faces, and some old familiar ones that I dont get to see very often.

I too felt like we both played more 'serious' this year than some but I
know we both wanted to try and not play the same jams we have every other
year. Of course I have a huge stack of stuff I didn't get to play, so
maybe I should make a list now and just use it next year!

All in all it was an awesome night, and the venue, sound, and crowd were
perfect! Another great Solid Gold in the books...

ps.. I normally cant stand that TV land track, but somehow Cade made it
work, layering it over/under Around The World for a good 5 minutes or so,
and jumping around like a madman while doing so.. nice work!

Wow what a fun night!! However I can't say that I felt my mixing was very
tight. But man the crowd energy was insane... And what a great turn out
for solid gold...

Amy I dropped Fonda Rae withing 30 minutes of your arrival I hope you are OK
with that!?!?! lol

I would like to make a statement though. "Yes I played the cheesiest house
set ever known to man." Horny, Arman van heldon hustler, Don't call me
baby, 1235678 and back back back, and a slew of other cheesey trax. Was it
fun for you guys? Or should I have been a bit more serious?

What did you guys think of the venue? decorations? sound?

give me some feedback.

Unfortunately the police shut us down a little after 4.. It turns out that
the call came from someone leaving the party??? I guess they did not like
"nothing but house music hits all night long?" Haters!!

Look for a daytime Solid gold this summer!!! wooo!
