ROY DAVIS JR. (LARGE MUSIC / SCION RADIO / STRICTLY RHYTHM / UBIQUITY/
BOMBAY / CHICAGO)

DJ, producer, songwriter, vocalist, and inarguabley one of the most
sought out talent in the world! Known for his productions of timeless
anthems; "The Believers - Who Dares to Believe in me?"; "Gabrielle";
"Watch Them Come" (Jazzanova remix) : and his most recent release "I
have a Vision." (Jan 2009) Davis has produced/remixed dozens of top of
the chart hits for Underworld, Gus Gus, Eric Benet/Faith Evans, Seal,
Morcheeba and hip-hop queen, Mary J. Blige. #1 and #3 hits on the
billboard charts include his Terry Dexter remix of "Better than me"
and "Modjos Lady" Other honorable mentions in his catalog include the
Roule single "Rock Shock" Roy did with Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter,
just prior to the label releasing infamous hit "Music Sounds Better."

In his early years, Davis began to make a name for himself with
singles such as "20 Below." Then came the 90's, and Roy, keeping on
point with his cutting edge sound, teamed up with Chicago vocalist
Peven Everett and recorded the hit song, "Gabrielle"(Large /XL This
track was met with massive radio and club play the world over and sold
over 250,00 copies, and has appeared on dozens of compilations
including Gilles Peterson (Journeys By DJ).

As a result of not being able to find available or suitable vocalists
for his more spiritual releases, Roy began singing over his
productions. After a string of successful dance releases featuring Roy
as a solo vocalist, and rave reviews from the press, Roy immediately
took his stage show to the next level, and formed his band, "Soldiers
Of Universal of Love". This gave Roy the opportunity to perform his
chart topping releases such as "Michael", and "Join His Kingdom", for
his fans, and showcase his "Soul Electrica" sound on the road. The
ability to perform with a band, and cause massive dance floor
overloads around the world is what sets Roy apart from other Dj's and
House producers. Roy and the "Soldiers of Universal Love" have
performed at many renowned venues, including Club METRO in Chicago to
the famous TROUBADOR in Los Angeles and Club Air in Tokyo.

During the beginning of the new Millennium, his reputation as a
producer landed him work with major labels such as: Warner Brothers,
Sony and MCA doing dance remixes for their top artists. Has produced
dozens or remixes that became chart-toppers for Underworld, Gus Gus,
Eric Benet/Faith Evans, Seal, Morcheeba and Universal's own Hip-Hop
Queen, Mary J. Blige. Roy's work is also "No Stranger" to the
Billboard Dance charts. His Terry Dexter remix of "Better than me"
landed 3, while his most recent remix of Modjo's "Lady", soared to 1.
Other honorable mentions in his catalog include "Watch Them Come"
(Jazzanova remix) and the Roule single "Rock Shock" Roy did with Daft
Punk's Thomas Bangalter, just prior to the label releasing their now
infamous hit "Music Sounds Better." Davis' full-length album, Traxx
from the Nile (2001), stood out for its integrity and earthiness at a
time when the North American dance scene was in the grips of the
waning ecstasy-fueled British trance movement.

In Summer of 2002 Roy Davis Jr and the Soldiers of Universal Love were
featured as a headlining act at Montreal's acclaimed 2002 Jazz
Festival where they performed to a packed venue. "The wild evening of
entertainment provided by supercharged singer/DJ Roy Davis Jr" was
proclaimed by Jazz Festival Senior President and Artistic Director
André Ménard to be a highlight and a "particularly moving moment" of
last years event. They performed live versions of hits such as
"Gabrielle", "Watch Them Come", and several titles from his March 2003
release on Toronto label NICE+SMOOTH entitled "WATER FOR THIRSTY
CHILDREN".

DOC LINK (LIBERATE)

Acclaimed producer and dj artist and owner of successful production
company, Doc Link Recording. Doc Link has produced and written for
many acts including Nuance, Mookie Rhodes, Uno, M.I.S., Ang 13 and the
Paign Family. He has taken on the tasks as the sole producer of rap
supergroup CNE, as well as the solo projects of Savwah Fare, Sonny
Streets and Phat da Banga. He built upon his versatility in many
areas, including house, soul, and funk. His production talents led him
into the remixer arena, teaming up with Chicago producer and DJ Roy
Davis, Jr. Their first collaboration, Dance, Shake, was selected as
Mixer Magazine's Song of the Month for April 2002 (Red Menace). Doc
also produced additional collaborations and remixes with Roy, lighting
up dance floors everywhere. His appearance at the 2002 Montreal Jazz
Festival in Montreal, Canada with Roy Davis Jr.'s Universal Soldiers
of Love was a crowd-pleaser. Doc multitasked into an artistic

execution of his music. His hip-hop production is intricate and the
melodies are hypnotic. Doc formed a new production alliance in 2003
with Detroit producer Malik Alston. The instant classic Back 2 Chicago
hit dance floors in 2003, a collaboration with Malik and Roy (King
Street). 2003 also brought classic favorites such as Got To Give It
Up, Blackman and Love Come Down to the public, highlighting Doc's
special remixing magic. He continues to spin, entertaining audiences
in Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. Doc
has heated up dance floors at several appearances, including events
during the 2004 Movement: Detroit's Electronic Music Festival, the
2003 and 2004 Winter Music Conference in Miami, Florida, the 2004
Blueshift Festival in Wisconsin, and the 2004 Pontiac Techno House
Festival. Doc has also performed as a duo with his brother, Bryant on
vocals in live PA appearances in Chicago and Detroit. He continues to
bring good, progressive music to the forefront. In 2004, he produced
funky, elegant remixes for Painted Pictures on the Tuxedo Sessions
CD/EP (Truth Manifest Records), including Send Me Over and Something.
His 2004 releases Vol. 8 (Modulate) and favorites such as Stop On By
and Give Me The Night are pleasing true dance lovers at home and
abroad. Doc's remixes of Stop on By and Give Me The Night were charted
on Gene Farris' Top Ten List (January 2004). Roy Davis, Jr. selected
Doc's remix of Got To Give It Up for his Top Ten List in URB Magazine
(September 2004). The track was also featured on Louie Vega's Top Ten
List for Mixer Magazine.
