<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>A little update on all things giant...
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>giant Adventure #1:
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>This Saturday, May 5, after a wonderful run over the last year at Circus,
<DIV></DIV>giant hits the road with our Adventures Series debut at the American Legion
<DIV></DIV>Hall in Hollywood with Keoki, Mark Tabberner, Tim Lawson, Sol and Jay J.
<DIV></DIV>Then, stay tuned as we will be announcing the various locations as our
<DIV></DIV>adventure continues...
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>About the American Legion Hall this Saturday. This location is a little
<DIV></DIV>smaller than our last - we definitely recommend an Express Ticket for this
<DIV></DIV>one. The address is 2035 N. Highland Avenue two blocks north of Hollywood
<DIV></DIV>Boulevard.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>Adventure Series Survival List:
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>There is no ATM machine and only cash will be accepted... please stop by an
<DIV></DIV>ATM before you arrive.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>ALL PARKING is located at the Milner / Odin lot which is on the East side of
<DIV></DIV>Highland (across the street from the venue).
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>If we reach capacity, we will not ask you to line up for hours as it will be
<DIV></DIV>unlikely that we will be turning over many people on this night. We can only
<DIV></DIV>let the appropriate numbers at the front of the line stay.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>There is a smoking patio at the front of the building - absolutely no
<DIV></DIV>smoking inside.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>The American Legion is a famous historical landmark in Hollywood and was the
<DIV></DIV>private hang out for the likes of Humphrey Bogart, Jack Warner, Cary Grant,
<DIV></DIV>Gene Autry and many others. It is also one of the most beautiful examples of
<DIV></DIV>early 20th Century architecture in Hollywood - please treat her with
<DIV></DIV>respect.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>giant Express Tickets:
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>In January, we introduced an advance ticket system that guaranteed Express
<DIV></DIV>Entry (appropriately named Express Tickets) if you arrived by 11pm. If you
<DIV></DIV>arrived after 11pm, you were to receive Priority Entrance which would give
<DIV></DIV>you priority over the general admission line if we reached capacity.. More
<DIV></DIV>often than not, we reached capacity. It has come to our attention that some
<DIV></DIV>of you did not receive priority treatment over the past months, and in
<DIV></DIV>addition to apologizing, would like to take this opportunity to clarify the
<DIV></DIV>situation:
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>Circus completely controlled the door and the giant staff were simply there
<DIV></DIV>to check in ticket holders and greet our guests. Last Saturday, not only
<DIV></DIV>did Circus refuse to honor the Express Tickets, the giant staff was not
<DIV></DIV>allowed to work or explain the situation to our loyal patrons.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>We regret this obvious inconvenience and pledge to you that Express Tickets
<DIV></DIV>for all of our future events will accommodate Express Tickets exactly as
<DIV></DIV>they are meant to be... Express!
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>On that note, there are still a limited number of Express Tickets for our
<DIV></DIV>event at the American Legion Hall this Saturday... go to www.giantclub.com
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>giant Japan Tour:
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>We just received the reports from Christopher Lawrence and Sandra Collins
<DIV></DIV>from Japan... an amazing reception! Nagoya (Wednesday, May 2) and Osaka
<DIV></DIV>(Thursday, May 3) were sold out as well as tonightšs show in Fukuoka
<DIV></DIV>(Friday, May 4) - it is 12 hours ahead in Japan.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>Wešll keep everyone updated on the remaining shows... Sapporo (Saturday, May
<DIV></DIV>5) and Tokyo (Friday, May 11 & Saturday, May 12). Mark Tabberner is leaving
<DIV></DIV>next Wednesday to join the tour in Tokyo - make sure to wish him well this
<DIV></DIV>Saturday at giant (at the American Legion Hall.)
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>You are now free to move about the city...
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>See you there,
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>Dave Dean
<DIV></DIV>Director, giant
