Hi Folks!

OK, I will do this.  But I would appreciate it if everyone would put in
their orders and send their $$ in one quick onslaught so that things don't
dribble around for weeks or months.  I gotta go to the post office today
anyway, so I will double check on the best way to send them.  It will
probably be those nifty little cardboard envelopes you can get for free with
the postage being a couple bucks I'll have a figure for domestic and
international postage tonight.  Then you can add that to $10 and start
ordering.
