It's a little-known fact that GARY'S voice is ALSO
dubbed. He actually speaks, reads, types,
pontificates, rants, raves, thinks, obsesses and
yodels in a sort of a Swahili brogue accented
Esperanto. 

This is why he so often seems to make very little
sense to the rest of us...a highly useful trait for a
civil servant!
