I think some of you have beat me to the punch (Bennido for example). I wa=
s only gonna say If you animate Groo don't pull a "Ninja Turtles" and tur=
n a great comic into a load of trash, but you said it better.

P.S. A line of action figures that actualy look like the comic characters=
, and don't have a lot of stupid accessories that the comic never had wou=
ld also be a good thing. So please no Groo with laser power, or Rufferto =
with wall climbing action. Don't sell out and I'll never stop reading Gro=
o, under penalty of death.
P.P.S. Mark Is there someone I could go beat up to get a cartoon or line =
of comics approved for production? I promise not to tell anyone that you =
sent me;).

regarding gary's mail about groo publicity and a groo
cartoon series which i grooed and accidentally...
although i would luv a groo cartoon series, i have to
say i'm a bit apprehensive after seeing what happened
to the Transformers and GI Joe comics after the
animated series started ...
if you read the pre-cartoon TF and GIJ comics, you'll
find that the storylines and concept are very much
more involved and mature compared to the post-cartoon
ones which are so kiddy and all about being commercial
... i guess i'm not the only comic reader who felt
that way and both series were finally cancelled ...
all said, i would still LOVE a Groo cartoon series ...
but provided SA & ME stick to their guns and not let
the commercial TV & Comic executive ruin the whole
Groo concept !
