[Groop]Groo News from M.E.

First of all, I hope you've all been logging into www.evanier.com and
partaking of all the Groo and non-Groo material there.  (I'd like to
put up a compete GROO checklist one of these days, if some of you
would help me assemble it.)

We're working on a new mini-series called GROO: DEATH AND TAXES.  It
hasn't been scheduled yet so it may be a while.

The next GROO paperback is THE GROO LIBRARY, which will be followed by
THE GROO MAIDEN.  The latter will contain the Chakaal storyline that
ran in issues #50-53 of the Epic series, and Dark Horse is considering
whether to make the book a little larger so that the entire saga can
be contained within, since #50 was a double-sized issue.

We have a new GROO item -- a set of three Groo flat magnets to put on
your refrigerator.  One is of Groo, one is of Rufferto and the third
is a group shot of Groo, Rufferto, Sage, Minstrel and Chakaal.
Unfortunately, I didn't see the art for these before they were printed
so I couldn't catch the mistake: On the group shot, Rufferto has no
spot on under his eye.  I think Sergio or I will draw it in by hand on
every one.

Anyway, Sergio will be selling these at conventions this year.  As
soon as we figure out what to charge for them though, I'm going to
announce it here and let you folks order them at a discount.
