But wasn't there a time when Groo was the "smartest man in the world"? That
sure didn't stop him from killing. Then again, Groo being able to read also
did not lessen his killing strokes.
I think he simply enjoys crossing swords with another swordsman. And if the
swordsman has poorer skills than him, juz his luck ... hah. Don't forget
that Groo without his swords is like a fish out of water - remember
"Mightier than the sword"?
