Mark:
I ordered the book via telephone in September. On September 14, 2000,
Graphitti charged my credit card for this item. Because I've had no trouble
with Graphitti in the past, I haven't complained to them directly. However,
I had to call to inquire about the delay sometime in December-they did not
call me. During this call, the employee assured me the charge served to
"reserve my copy", as they are limited. If you think it's going to be a
while before those books ship, I would most likely cancel the order and
reorder later.
Thanks for your interest-
