My feeling on this is: meh.  I've got plenty of space.  Download time is 
still an issue, however, as is your upload time when sending me the photos. 
Tell you what, just send me what you've got, and I'll fix 'em right up for 
you (this won't shorten your UL time any, but if that's a real concern just 
send the email right before you go to bed).  If you know how, save the 
files as .GIFs (otherwise don't worry about it, I can convert the format).
