Profuse apologies to any folks who could have had an easier (and cheaper)
time using Paypal but didn't because I forgot I had an account that Josh had
me set up a year ago (and I really didn't pay attention to how it works back
then either.)  I guess all you need is my e-mail address and then you go to
Paypal (www.paypal.com) and set up an account and that's it.  So if you
haven't sent me the funds in other ways already and want to do it through
Paypal,  please do so.   Again, I apologize for not being more on top of
