As long as you didn't write "there is a cash in this envelope" or you didn't left
the envelope cover unglued, then , nobody will know there is cash in the
envelope. Then It's safer to register the mail as what I did when I send those
Malaysian Groo T shirts 2 years ago. When you register it, the recipient have to
sign it when he/she recieve it which make it more secure..... And in Malaysia,
it just cost RM1.00 (us$ 0.30).
