In the past Mark has said that often the reason he and Sergio haven't 
been to certain places is because they've never been invited.  The last 
time I saw Sergio in Vancouver was because I told a local comic con 
promoter what Mark said and they got invited up.  So, do a little local 
promoting of your own, and you never know who might show up in TO (or 
FROM, for that matter).
