Winamp is a program you use to listen to music on your PC.
Skins are sets of graphics/layouts you can apply to the program to
change how it looks. I can set my program to look like a Jukebox, or
have a theme like sci-fi, cats, retro, whatever.

Usually, they are posted as a free download on the software publisher's
website. I think that's what he means by "publish" it. I think he
should still get Sergio / Mark's approval.

"Hey, what a great deal on a case of Winamp-skins! We can make like
1000 Winamp sausages with that many... Mmm, nothing like wild Winamp
sausages, with a side of mpeg sauce, and baked MP3s for desert."

What me techo-fool?
Ruben.
