ME: Did it all myself...with a little advice from a couple of friends
I thank on my "site info" page.

I flipped through a couple of books on Front Page, which is the
program I used for most of it...but what was even more instructional
was to download pages and whole web sites I admired and then load them
into Front Page and study how they were laid out.
