[Groop]Foreign groos

I'm about 99 44/100% sure there has never been a Russian Groo.  And a
definte no on Japanese Groo. (just in case you were wondering)  I think I
have scoped out all the International Groos, but I thought that was the case
before I found out they were published in Yugoslavia in the late
