ME: Pretty much out of thin air.  He wanted a name that didn't mean
anything in any language...but later found out that was not the case.

By the way: We are presently discussing a special 20th ANNIVERSARY
GROO book to come out from Dark Horse later this year featuring all
sorts of behind-the-scenes and history stuff.  Stay tuned.
