[Groop]web design help (OT)

Hey Groop!

Since the retirement of my
no-fun-anymore-in-these-troubling-times moniker Sheik
Of Entropy, I've been searching for a new hook for a
website, and have finally found one I'm happy with
(I'll let you know more details once I've registered
the domain name & all that).

Anyway, instead of going the Geocities route, I
thought I'd get all ambitious and actually register
the domain name and create a "real" web site, where I
can resurrect & rename my weekly column and not have
to worry about what kind of strings are attached. (My
web site was SHUT DOWN a couple of times last time
around for imaginary infractions that they could
neither verify nor explain). 

Anyway, as I am slow of mind (hey, now I'm on
topic!!!), I can't remember who in the Groop is
involved professionally in web design. Was it Shane? I
forget. Anyway, I'd love to know what it would cost me
for a consultation and help getting going. Hey, if I
have to pay SOMEONE for my web site, I'd rather keep
it in the family, so to speak. I can find my way
around HTML well enough, though I'm still pretty much
a beginner.
