What about 11:11am on 11 November, 1111? You can't get much more
symmetrical a date than 11:11, 11/11, 1111.

Actually, 9:12pm on 21 December, 2112 is just as symmetrical. That'll
be 21:12, 21/12, 2112. After that I don't think there's any, but I
could very well be wrong...
But still, the only date I've experienced that was anywhere near as
cool as all these was back in 1990, when we had 12:34:56, 7/8/90... :)
