Glad to see I'm not the only one who is willing trade children for comic
books. If we ever have kids and they find out just how many times I've tried
to trade them...if I could have conceived and birthed two children in three
days, we would have had some great original art from Mike Deodato, Jr.
Unfortunately, he would only take secondborn children and darned if I have no
children, either first or second born. In hindsight, I should have offered
my secondborn cat (who would have shredded a Groo herself once if it hadn't
been for the poly bag).

But on a serious note, sorry to hear of the destruction of your complete Groo
collection. Alas, though! The hunt for back issues begins again. You get to
rediscover the thrill of the chase and the joy of completing your Groo
collection not once, but twice!
