It's still morning here.... but we get to go to NYEve service tonight & eat 
"traditional Japanese NYE food".... No cheese dip-- buckwheat noodles in 
broth and sweet red beans with mochi & preserved seaweed topping (ask Usagi 
Yojimbo about these...). Going to skip the 11:30 service to ring in the 
NY....Tomorrow morning, there's a NY Day service, followed by sake and 
fish-broth soup with mochi.... Got to eat up the mochi.....
