OKAY GANG, I GIVE IN (AGAIN).

I just booked a flight to California and will attend Groofest
2002 (which everyone else calls the San Diego Comic Con
International). 

How could I resist? 20th Anniversary of Groo! Gary Owens on the
cartoon voice panel! Sparky Urinetoast and the fabulous Chett!
20th Anniversary of Groo! Live appearances by The Amazing Marmot!
Chills! Thrills! People in weird costumes! Gary Grossmann again!
Cool panels galore, most chaired by our esteeemed M.E.! Dan
DeCarlo tribute panel! 20th Anniversary of Groo! Buy One, Get One
Free Fudgie the Whale Ice Cream Cakes! (oops, sorry, my mistake,
that's Carvel Ice Cream)! 20th Anniversary of Groo! The Kirby
Awards! The Masquerade! Goofy Stormtrooper Wannabes! 

Since hotels are all booked solid, I'm taking Scott Hudlow's Sage
Advice and reserved the campsite next to his at the San Diego
KOA! Fun fun fun! (Gee, I hope Scott doesn't mind my frequent
late night blood-curdling screams). Have tent, will travel!!!

Now we've ALMOST got Chad coming, we need to work on him a bit
too, he's mulling over the camping idea as well.
