[Groop]Original Art

Hi Folks,
Just to add a little unnecessary detail, Sergio has been selling the artwork
from Image and Dark Horse, including covers, on a more or less random basis
at Cons and also some wholesale sales to at least one European comic art
dealer, for several years.
He told me once that he considered the original art from the Pacific Groos
and Marvel Groos to be his family's inheritance, i.e. he will draw until he
dies because that's what he loves to do and that will provide the money for
him and his wife, but after he dies, his wife will have the bulk of his
original art to sell as a primary income source.
No plan is set in concrete, but I wouldn't expect any of the Pacific or
Marvel Groo pages or covers to be for sale for a long, long time.
-Gary G.
PS I think the going rate for an Image or Dark Horse page at a convention
is $250.
