[Groop]Big Apple Comic Convention

Regarding the Big Apple Comic Convention:

To be honest, The Metropolitan Pavilion is a lousy
place for a comic con, at least the one time I was
there, anyway. It's no Comic Con International, that's
for sure, but then again that's a pretty high
standard. However, you're not far from tons of other
fun destinations in The City, so if the con is
underwhelming there're always plenty of other things
to do.

IF Sergio is actually attending I'll probably go just
one day (SOME con ads, not necessarily this one,
sometimes publish names of people who were invited who
have  not actually confirmed). If I know that Groopies
will be attending and which days, I'll try to make it
a point to go on that particular day. 

I'm sure my buddies Dave & Jon (whom some of you met
at Dick's Last Chance two years ago in San Diego) will
want to go, but we'll probably be attending the
Chiller Theatre Con the weekend before at the Sheraton
Meadowlands in E. Rutherford, NJ, so we may be all
Conned out. Oops! Just checked, Chiller is TWO
weekends before, weekend of Oct. 27. We'll see...
