Gary, on the Comic book creator cards wasn't there also a double card that
was mailed by Diamond Distributors as a promotional for the card set. I
believe it is the Sergio & George Perez card side by each without being cut
and has a slightly different back on it.

Hi Folks!
First & foremost, let me add my warmest wishes to Sergio on his birthday.
It's hard to imagine how any one man could give more joy and humor to more
people on both a personal level and through the magic of his art. I'm sure
his bestest buddy, ME (that brilliant comedic verbalist, down to earth
common sense social commentator, and knower of all pop culture things and
people) will pass all our B-Day wishes onto the Maestro.
Sorry I haven't been available the last few days for answering stuff about
merchandise and the like. Technical difficulties beyond my control.... Plus
I've been building another shed! (Hey Two Sheds, are you still out there?)
Anywho, Larry and others have done a great job recounting all the Groo stuff
and Dark Horse books. Attached is a list of Groo merchandise gleamed from
the Merchandise and Misc. Items section of the Groo List. (I'll have the
whole list for those who want it sometime next week.) I edited out some
stuff and probably should have edited out more. Any questions, just send me
a note.
And Eric, Larry is right, I believe that panel has appeared in every single
issue of Groo ever published. The Special and the Graphic novels
too.
Carl, the Dark Horse Extra with the little Original Groo is #42. I don't
have it documented which other ones have Non-Groo Sergio entries (Ruben?)
It's mostly earlier ones, but he pops up once in a while.
Derek! Welcome to the Groop! Feel free to be silly. That's one of the
things we are all about. Also, Mark Evanier is more than happy to answer
questions that none of us can. I have no idea how he has time for this with
all the things other things he is involved in, but he does.
Gotta go pound nails, Take care -Gary "Which end of the hammer do I use?"
