Hi Folks!
Well, Mark has informed me that I'm STILL kicked out of the Groop for
missing the Groo Panel, so I guess I'm not really sending this message and
you ae not really acknowledging it, but...
Jason, Jason, Jason, you foolish boy! The Con is the PERFECT place to spend
your honeymoon! Not only can you have a hotel room right adjacent to the
Con, but there are none of those inconvenient and distracting gambling
machines to get in the way of honeymoonal bliss! Not to mention that there
are no Elvis empersonators, although there are Klingons that look oddly like
Wayne Newton. You go to few panels, see a few folks, and as long as you
don't try to drive to Los Angeles and back, everything will be great and
you'll have tons of time to be alone.
I actually think our own Nate Piekos had the best idea for a wedding night.
He got married on the night they turn the clocks back, so he had an extra
hour. The sly devil!
Take care all (Even though I've been kicked out of the Groop) -Gary G. (On
vacation in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington, a genuine fake Bavarian town
in central Washington which would also be a good place for a honeymoon if
you like strudle, beer, and yodelling. (Hmm. What the hell am I doing
here?)
