I was doing some searching on movie trailer announcers, and I
came across your question of a couple of years back about who
does most of the movie trailers.  Don Lafontaine is indeed the
most popular one, doing approximately 60% of the trailers (his
estimate), but I bet you won't find the name of the announcer
who's next in popularity.  You've probably heard him; he's done
many trailers (the Cat in the Hat being one of his most recent
ones), and he's the announcer for the A&E network on TV.  I
know you probably don't know his name, because I spent about
seven hours searching for it myself.  Just for fun, I won't
tell you what it is yet.  If you can find it, kudos to you.
If you would just like me to send it to you (if you even still
care about this subject), reply to me and I'll forward it to you.
