[Groop] INTERNational Day?

Hi Folks!

Well, the idea of International Groo Day is pretty frightening. But of
course, around here at Grossmann Acre EVERYDAY is International Groo Day!
And since I am in the middle of a week and half vacation, pretty much
anything is possible.

I am continuing to refine the "decorating" of our family room and organizing
my Groo collection, essentially turning the room into the Groo Room, while
placating the Long Suffering Mrs. G. by organizing non-Groo parts of the
room and other areas of the house overdue for an overhaul. (Actually, she
thinks it looks pretty cool and since we won't be selling the place for
many, many years, it's no big deal. Of course, the 20 ft. Cheese Dip &
Mulch Groo Statue on the front yard may have already blown the property
value.)

Another section of wall in the family room has gotten the OK for comic book
"shelves", so I think I will have room for all of the American Groo comics.
It's really great having all that cover art out of boxes and on the wall
where I can enjoy it and pluck one off the wall anytime and read it.

Hey, what did everyone get for Christmas? My kids knew what to get their
Dad. They knew there was nothing Groo to get me, so they got me Hulk Hands!
Giant green hands you can wear and when you knock 'em together they yell
"Hulk Smash!" Boy, I can't wait to see the tax attorney's faces when I show
up with those babies on!

Oh, by the way. The only thing I haven't found in organizing all my Groo
junk is that little yellow Sergio Dark Horse Maverick Pin with his version
of the Dark Horse Logo. They were given away at San Diego about three years
ago. Does anyone have an extra?

I hope everyone has been having a great time; seeing relatives you want to
see a lot, seeing relatives you don't want to see a little, all that kind of
stuff. Take care all -Gary G.
