On the underside of the base, where ususally the number of the series is
noted, there appears a distinct roman numeral I (my font does not appear to
be a roman!).  Could it be possible?  I always figgured the Groo croo was
just having fun and all the statutes were marked as issue number 1.  How
could I possibly have number 1?  Anyone have any info, ideas, jokes?
