ME: As it's been explained to me, there was a sudden, unexpected
demand for the book and the publisher was caught short.  For some
reason, they directed the copies they had to physical bookstores and
shorted the online merchants.  But a second printing has been done, or
is being done this week, and by next week, everyone should have it.

Let me know if you get a second printing or a first.  It will say
"Second printing" on the copyright page.  The two printings are
otherwise identical, except that about five typos have been corrected.
