So Larry's Solution is:

Let's have a GROO Destruction Auction!!!

Who is willing to donate money to the Comic Book Legal
Defense Fund in the name of The Groop for the right to
DESTROY this illegal knockoff statue?

It's purely a symbolic gesture, it's not like we can
destroy them ALL, but it sounds like fun to me!

Winning bidder pays shipping, plus must be willing to
show "before, during & after" pictures of the statue's
destruction.

If Mark says ok to this, I'd suggest we hold the
private auction by Groop Email. RAT would determine
the bidding dates and parameters, and would decide who
wins in case of a tie.

I'm hoping Josh could post these pics on www.groo.com;
if not, then perhaps Eric's GROO Forum is an
appropriate spot?

Before anyone suggests it, I would NOT suggest further
auctions of this type, for instance destroying the
knockoff GROO Clocks, because I don't want there to be
any chance of us rewarding someone by buying a
knockoff so that we can destroy it.

I would limit this auction to this piece only,
although if others out there already own GROO
knockoffs that they are feeling guilty about, further
auctions could be considered with Mark's blessing!

Sound good?
