[Groop]Mark's Dilemma - SOLVED!!!

[Gary Grossmann]

Yep, it was a herd alright.  Big black ones! (Although not as big as their
close cousins, the Banana slug!)  Up here in the Pacific Northwest, they
still roam wild and free.  Let me tell you something, you haven't had to
come to grips with stark terror until youve faced a charging herd of slugs!

(And we only had one pellet gun between the three of us.  It was touch and
go for awhile.)
