Greetings Groop, Well I'm going to stand by Mark's reply to the auction/destroy idea.I'm taking about the fact that Mark has not replied to this, that Mark's answer is "NO". It was a good idea but Mr. Unauthorized Groo-wannabe goes back to the bottom shelf of shame. Thanks,Dan--- On Tue 02/18, Rat < lord-of-rats@excite.com > wrote:From: Rat [mailto: lord-of-rats@excite.com]To: groop@groo.comDate: Tue, 18 Feb 2003 21:12:14 -0500 (EST)Subject: RE: [Groop]Mark's Dilemma - SOLVED!!!

Hi Larry,While I like your idea I'm hesitant to say yes. Before I'd give an OK to this Mark would have to give his & Sergio's full approval. As for the bids. If it was approved I would want the bids placed on the groop with the titla of "BID". That way everyone could see who bid what & what the final price was. This way the winner could be made fun of in a Grooish fashion. :)It all depends on Mark's reply to your idea.Thanks,Dan--- On Tue 02/18, Larry Steller < mrgrooism@yahoo.com > wrote:

st be willing toshow "before, during & after" pictures of the statue'sdestruction. If Mark says ok to this, I'd suggest we hold theprivate auct ion by Groop Email. RAT would determinethe bidding dates and parameters, and would decide whowins in case of a tie. I'm hoping Josh could post these pics on www.groo.com;if not, then perhaps Eric's GROO Forum is anappropriate spot? Before anyone suggests it, I would NOT suggest furtherauctions of this type, for instance destroying theknockoff GROO Clocks, because I don't want there to beany chance of us rewarding someone by buying aknockoff so that we can destroy it. I would limit this auction to this piece only, although if others out there already own GROOknockoffs that they are feeling guilty about, furtherauctions could be considered with Mark's blessing!Sound good?=====--------------------------------Larry "Mr. Grooism" StellerMendicant Second Class__________________________________________________Do you Yahoo!?Yahoo!
