I actually wish I would have sent this before Josh replied and promoted DreamHost, because now I feel somewhat guilty saying I've found another host... (Josh, I DID look at DreamHost first because I remembered it hosted this list and usagiyojimbo.com, which has a big banner for it, so please don't feel too rejected) It's actually a friend of a friend of mine who just runs a small thing on the side, and as such it's able to fit it into my budget (see "Starving Artist").  I appreciate everyone's help and I looked into every site you gave me, thank you very much!
