[Groop] GROO NEWS from me

I haven't seen it yet but I'm told that THE GROO ODYSSEY finally came
out.  I've also heard that the intro I wrote for the book is somehow
absent.  Puzzling.

It looks like I'll be moderating ten panels at the Comic-Con
International in San Diego (and appearing on one other).  The annual
Sergio/Mark Panel -- with Stan Sakai, Tom Luth and maybe Gordon Kent
-- is now scheduled for Saturday at 1:30.  If you're at the con on
Saturday, I highly recommend also attending the Cartoon Voice panel
I'm hosting at 3:30.  This will be a much bigger event than the ones
I've hosted before -- bigger room, more guests, etc.

The day before, you'll want to attend the Quick Draw! panel in which
Sergio and three other artists will compete.  That's currently
scheduled for Friday at 2:30, also in a big room.

In a few days, I'll post my entire schedule over on my website.

My new book, WERTHAM WAS RIGHT!, will be out at the show.  A good
thing to buy and get signed.

We'll be formally announcing the next GROO mini-series (actually, a
maxi-series) at the convention.  And maybe a few other surprising
things.
